We are often asked: How do you keep your PR campaigns so fresh and engaging?

Ah, a lovely question to ask and for us to answer.

The key: PR pros need to commit to continuous learning. Read the newspapers, even the ones you don't agree with. And read social media, even the stuff that is inane and ridiculous. And read Reddit and the blogs, even the stuff that is grossly misspelled and butchers the King's English. Why? Because all of this media reflects what consumers are thinking and what they are prioritizing in their lives at this very moment. You can't serve your clients if you don't have a strong connection to the end user. And the only way to accomplish that is to read, read and read.
