Before joining the Jaffe family in 2014, Jose honed his skills as an art director at various publishing, marketing, web companies, and agencies in the tri-state area. Jose's commitment to excellence extends beyond design. He earned his undergraduate degree in fine arts from Montclair State University and an advanced degree in administration from Rutgers University. Additionally, Jose served four years in the U.S. Navy, trained as a specialist, further underscoring his dedication to service and discipline.
