Lewis Z. Schlosser, PhD, ABPP

Lewis, the managing partner at the Institute for Forensic Psychology in Oakland NJ, is the first-ever chief psychologist for the NJSACOP.

He has conducted more than 10,000 law enforcement psychological evaluations, including pre-employment and fitness for duty evaluations. He provides training to police personnel on a variety of topics related to officer mental health, with special expertise in fitness for duty and officer wellness. In this episode, Lewis discusses the importance of mental health among New Jersey's law enforcement and hie services to ensure chiefs are both productive and happy in their very important work.
