Jessica brings more than 15 years of professional experience in communications in the financial sector to her role at Jaffe.
Early in her career, Jessica was a recruiter and managed corporate teams after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with her Master’s degree in organizational psychology.
While planning and executing training and development programs for a global ‘Big 4’ accounting firm in NYC, Jessica honed her skills in managing client relationships and project management. She has been responsible for large, national programs as well as smaller, local events. No matter the size, Jessica specializes in end-to-end event management and thrives under pressure.
At Jaffe, Jessica serves as an Account Manager on the Association Management team, running daily operations for her clients across the country. Her leadership includes conference and event planning, marketing communications, membership management and production of graphics and print materials.
Jessica’s experience with project implementation has trained her well to “sweat the small stuff,” ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks for her clients.
Jessica lives in Scotch Plains, NJ with her husband and two sons. As they grow up, Jessica’s sons could always count on seeing her at school, running events, as she served as the PTA Secretary, and then President, for their elementary school for several years.
Volunteerism is a passion of hers and Jessica now serves on the Board of Trustees for the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Scholarship Foundation, responsible for the execution of the scholarship screening process.
When she is not screening applications for the foundation, Jessica is a Peloton enthusiast and can always be found watching her favorite show, Friends, as a form of therapy. She emulates “The One Where You Cheer Loudly” for both of her son’s basketball games - she is their biggest fan.
